My sweet sixteen is coming up fairly soon and I am extremely lost on how I should do my makeup. My dress is red and I'm pretty pale but I will be tanning to get a little bit of color. I have both the naked palates and tons of mascara and other makeup products but I'm willing to try out any new things, any suggestions?

I think some glittery gold liner would work well, just a suggestion though :) possibly fantasy from lush.
