I've never used primer before and I think its about time I start because I've been wearing my make up longer and as a result I've been getting a lot more pimples. Any suggestions on one thats good but budget friendly. Normal to combination skin type.

Almaty has an awesome one for like 9 dollars. It's called Almay perfect and correct primer. It's awesome.

Hard Candy works for low budget like me and its amazing! But if you want a nice one? Buy HD Primer from Make Up Forever. It even use it on my eyelids for my liners. :)
