How do you track of everything from clients to inventory or services provided. Do you make a monthly budget or something to see how much your spending and earning? How do you organize everything?? Planners, Microsoft office, etc. You can be a freelance artist hair stylist or work in fashion. I just wanna know how everyone keep things organized.

EM is correct. also, it doesn't hurt to keep a notebook on you to keep track of your daily expenses such as coffee, etc.to see where you could possibly cut back and save money to put toward your work.
