I shaved my arms once in middle school and it grew back like normal. I don't shave or bleach my arms at all. I'm starting to feel like I'm the only girl with arm hair lol.

Dont shave them! I would recommend wax. I have hairy arms too but my (skin) doctor said they would fall out as soon as i reach the age 18 -19 so i dont get to frustrated it can depend on puberty becouse your body is growing and developing. :)

I've been shaving my arms since I was 16 and I am now 28 I have super soft arms and no bumps :-) and no they didn't come out thicker
The trick is a good clean razor and a great moisturizer.

I totally did this when I was, like, 11 because I was so embarrassed about my gorilla arms. It was TERRIBLE and I would never do it again.
I'm now 31, and here's the funny thing: I wax. I wax my full legs, Brazilian, underarms, and upper lip. But I've never got around to waxing my arms (which are still extremely hirsute). And it certainly IS very noticeable; I'm a MAC NW10 with blaaaack body hair. But the thing is that now I'm so used to it, it really doesn't bother me anymore. I spent much of my adolescence thinking boys would be repulsed, but unless all the men I've been with were Oscar-caliber actors, that's obviously not the case. And while waxing would make them baby smooth, the growing out phase must be considered. It would be awkward, and I can't always hide my arms.

I shave my arms and have never had a problem with it growing back as long as you keep up with it.

no way. they will grow back twice as thick and hairier even with keeping on top of it. eventually they would turn out like brissly men's facial hair. waxing is a lot more efficient and the hairs stay reduced for longer x

I shaved then when I was in highschool. It grew back fine, but never did it again because i might not be as lucky. I wax them sometimes when i need to.

actually I have shaved my arms. at first they grew like weed but I kept shaving, why not? it was just in the shower and was always quick, less than 3 minutes..
anyway, its been awhile since my arm hair has grown back.. its actually not thick at all and is very unnoticeable even when it supposedly grows back.
and believe me when I say before I shaved my arms, they looked like a mans hairy arm. ewww. not cute.
