Great Everyday palette

This palette is a really great find. Those who try to get their hands on the Urban Decay ones, look no further and pick up this gem....plus you save a bit of $$ too!

The colors in this palette are amazing. I did a quick look on a family member using all the colors from this palette and it was perfect. We were going out for a quick drink (not planned), my cousin wanted me to boost up her face real quick, and this is all she owned in her personal collection....so I got creative and used most of these colors. It was perfect, easy to blend, and definitely make your eyes pop. I will be purchasing this soon for myself and my kit as well! :)

This lip balm works really good. I love how moisturizing your lips feel and seriously does not leave your lips feeling very greasy. And most of all I really like it has a hint of scent that's not too over powering. This is perfect for the purse because it's easy to find with its cute packaging.

A product worth trying

I really like this lipstick. At first I was skeptical because it sounded like every too good to be true gimmick out there. So I pulled myself together and just gave in a bought one lipstick. It took a while to get used to at first. Yes, it did not stay as thorough like others here mentioned and of course what its advertised to be. But, that was my first trial run and also I didn’t have my lips prep how it says they need to be on the package. I gave it another try the second time around and I love it. This lipstick really last a very long time. And really, it’s not really a lipstick in my mind it’s like a lip paint (in between a lip gloss and a lip stick…similar to the OCC Lip Tars)

The way I apply is making sure you have really dry lips (I mean moisturize them for a good 10mins before applying anything to your lips and then wipe off the residue so there’s not a film of anything on your lips). Then, I lightly line my entire lip with a lip liner similar to my lipstick shade, I then wait a few seconds. Next I apply the lip color and I use a very thin coat. The Infallible’s are pretty pigmented so there’s really no need to pack it on. Once the lip shade is on, seriously let that dry for a good minute or two. Kiss your hand just to be sure nothing transfers. :) Then finally, add the lip shine/moisturizer it comes with….and whoohoo you have beautiful lips that will last all day.

I apply mine at 7am in the morning and no joke by 8pm it’s still on. I know this product can be a bit pricy for drugstore…BUT if you find yourself a coupon from Ulta you can score a good discount, plus L’ Oreal seem to always have sales so definitely take advantage of that. AND…right now around this Christmas time at CVS they have 50% off this products….which I was able to pick up more shades. So far I own Garnet, Beyonce Red, and Diane's Tuberose .

Sorry this is long…..I just had to give my breakdown on this product since I know people are having some mixed emotions. :)

Love Love Love! Hands down some of the best brushes I have used thus far. These are in my personal kit and I use them daily. I have this collection and the travel essentials kit, and I really love them I tell you they are amazing. I recommend getting these brushes if you are just starting to build your kit as a makeup artist and/or definitely use these for your personal use. What’s even better (which I love) are these brushes are sold at ULTA. So when ULTA has their sales and also have so many coupons available, it’s a total bargain score to pick these brush collections up. I’m so glad Sam Chapman created this line, and more importantly very supportive of her talents.

Ahhhmazing!!

I absolutely love this foundation, this has been my holy grail for the past few months. I have tried many foundations to suite my liking, but this seems to be my #1 pick. (I did a blog post about all the foundations I’ve tried you can visit it here if you’d like: www.purdyfaces.blogspot.com)

I would say my skin is truly a combination. Some days it can feel very dry and some days it can be a bit oily. Whichever day my skin wants to feel, this foundation will hold up perfectly all day no matter what. I simply apply my primer first, then the HD foundation, spot conceal where necessary, and set with a translucent powder. This literally last all day, the finish is so amazing and I don’t have to ever touch up.

The foundation is a bit pricy, and as they say, you get what you pay for. BUT….if you have a coupon or get one of the VIB deals at Sephora, I definitely recommend using it on purchasing MUFE’s HD Foundation. And plus…a little goes a long way, so this bottle will definitely last. Hope you enjoy! :)

Hair life saver

I have been using this thermal spray for a few months now when putting heat to my hair, and it's amazing. It truly has helped my hair remain less damaged when using any hot tools. I have noticed a difference by it remaining strong and healthier as well as having a bit of shine. Before when not using a thermal spray prior to applying heat, my hair would be very brittle and dry looking and mostly unattractive.

Love it!!

My holy grail tool for curling my eyelashes. I have tried so many eyelash curlers and they have failed me. The Shu Uemura curler I have been using for going on 2 years straight, and not once have I been disappointed. My lashes stay curled and remain intact the entire day (no drooping). And I notice I don't have to apply so much mascara just to keep its curl. Love, love, love this eyelash curler.
