Wayne does it again! A multi-tasking wonder!

I procrastinated. I already have many of Wayne's brushes, including his last holiday brush, now 00. But after reading some reviews, I jumped. (Beautylish's 3 payments was a convincer.)

Once again Wayne has created an unbelievably soft, fabulous quality brush that is a multi-tasker. It's perfect for applying powder or blending all your makeup together (per Wayne's videos), but it is also narrow enough, without being too narrow, to use for contouring. You can get that cheek hollow contour with this brush.

You can use it to contour and then shake-out or brush-out the contour and go right into blush...then setting powder...then blend blend blend.

As with all of Wayne's brushes, if you care for them well, they will last forever. And forget about shedding as they age!

Best Eye Brush Ever

If you want quick, out the door shadow application, this is the brush for you. If you want even application of lid color with little effort, this is the brush for you. #17 is my most used brush. I use it to perfectly lay down lid color by patting and pressing onto the lid and I travel up to the crease with patting and pressing as well.

For a quick shadow I use a tan or taupe color and press it onto my lids and slightly into the crease with this brush. I sweep a little on the end and brush it on my lower lashes. I then take my 20 y.o. angled, sable, artists paint brush and apply a dark color to the lash line. (My liner brush just shows that quality hair and diligent care does make your brushes last forever!)

Really a disappointment

It's not a bad lip balm, it's just not a magical lip balm. I gave it 1 star because at $60 it should be at least a really, really good lip balm that I'd turn to over others. It does feel good on, but I'm wondering if there is an ingredient in it that doesn't agree with my lips. I find I'm having to apply it more often and when I don't apply my lips feel more dry than normal. Sadly, I made the mistake of not purchasing mine through Beautylish, because I would have returned it.

Great Brow Color

This is the best brow product I've used. It's a stay-all-day formula that helps those of us with a little more sparse brows. I'm not sure why Beautylish doesn't carry the brush that goes with this. It's like the IT brush #13, but has a spoolie end instead of the pointed end. I tend to witch between Blonde and Taupe. I use Taupe if my makeup is more formal and dressy looking. A little goes a long way. I've had my jars for 6 months and have hardly made a dent.

Heavenly Brush is Right

I love this brush. In fact before I saw that Beautylish was going to be carrying IT Cosmetics I recommended it in the Makeup Community forum here for someone who was looking for a large soft brush. IT brushes are amazing and cruelty-free. This large brush it BIG, but so soft and blends in powder like a dream. You can also use it for cream and liquid foundation. And you can grab the head in different ways to make it appropriate for blush and contour.

Poor design, nice brush heads

Both ends of this brush are great for applying and smoothing out concealer. But the design is frustrating. It's hard to get the cap back on the flat brush head without grabbing a few hairs and bending them. The rounded side (used for smoothing and blending) has a telescoping cover that should make it easy to put the cap on and keep the brush hairs all safe, but the telescoping cover pulls out rather easily and then you're left with having to figure out a way to get it back on without messing up the brush head. I have written to iT about this design flaw.

Goes to yellow

I loved the finish of this, but I tried both the light and the medium and they just went to yellow on me. I wear RCMA in KO2 and Bobbi Brown in 3.0 and do have a warmer complexion so a more yellow foundation usually works fine on me, but this really gave an odd yellow cast.

Great Brush for the Concealer

This is my go-to brush for the It Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer. I use the small end to place the concealer and the large end to buff it a bit and smooth it out.

Best Concealer Ever

This is, by far, the best concealer I've ever used. A little goes a long way. Blends well. Doesn't settle in fine lines easily. (And let's just say it - ALL concealers will settle into the lines under your eyes unless you are 12.) Stays all day. Don't hesitate!

Nice texture - poor color choice

I thought this was going to be my perfect nude. Turns out it's about a 1/2 shade lighter than my natural lip color and just washes me out. I was hoping it would be 1/2 shade darker. I was hoping it would oxidize a little darker, but it stayed true to color. Which is a good thing if it's the color you want!
