Beauty Product Reviews

Worth the price

Worth the price minus the Oompa Loopa hue. Applied 2 layers in each application and colour developed evenly in 24 hours. Skin doesn't feels dry but moisturized.

The Good Stuff

Helped my colleague order this for herself and the The Ordinary Silicone Primer. She turned up at work just now at 0930hrs Tuesday Singapore time looking MATTE, AIRBRUSHED and PORELESS. IT is a high quality carefully produced HG. For us who live on the other side of the world where drugstore brands cost AS MUCH as what you get in Sephora, THIS IS AMAZING. And by the way, she has oily skin type and when we ended work at 1750hrs, there was just wee bit of a shine on her nose area. Everything else on her still looks good.

Arrived in smithereens.

Hi Beautylish team. I got this for a colleague of mine and after it travelled halfway across the world and reached sunny Singapore, it was smashed. This was my fourth order from Beautylish and I haven't had issues. Funny thing was, my The Ordinary glass bottles skincare were not broken but the highlighter was even though it came bubble-wrapped. I've emailed customer service the whole story. Is there anything you guys can do to help? :'(

Amazing but gritty

First of all I would like to thank the Beautylish team and shipping for all my items arriving safely. Felt a tiny bit of stinging when I first used this but by second week, my skin got used to it. (Once a day, everyday at night ONLY) I use this together with The Buffet (that is for morning routine) and my mid 30s skin has never been better. Would've given 5* if it wasn't for the gritty texture. Am going to reorder once I'm low on both products 😉

A real transformation

I'm so in love with this. I wake up to better skin as days passed. I use this once a day, everyday in the morning before my makeup as a base and the Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres every night. After 3 weeks of using this (together with the Vit C), I noticed my fine smile lines reduced, my pores smaller and a noticeable glow to my skin. Didn't experience any breakout at all! And even though I have oily skin and I live in a tropical country with humidity levels enough to turn your makeup gloopy, surprisingly it did good under makeup too. Will definitely purchase again once I'm low on it.

Err??

Didn't like it one bit. Although it made my makeup withstand the absolute crazy humid weather in the country I'm from, I hated it. I felt as though I was EDWARD CULLEN basking in the sunlight atop a mountain. The OBVIOUS glittery, fine speckles, that I couldn't handle. I've tried the mattifying version and that was good.

God sent 😍

Based on amazing things I've read about this product, it was true to its name. I'm never going back to using brow pencils ever!

Can't fault it

Affordable, medium to full coverage, semi matte finish, spot on shade. I'm Asian and it's hard to find shades which complement yellow undertones. As I usually have to get two shades and mix it up. But this is perfect when set with my Laura Mercier powder. Minus point is that there is no SPF.

What can I say?

Beautylish, YOU'RE DA BOMB!! These babies travelled halfway across the world before reaching me in sunny Singapore AND they arrived in PERFECT CONDITION. A cult brand like Jeffree Star DO NOT, I say do not come easily available in Asia. Did a swatch on Mannequin, Gemini, Rose Matter and I'M SHOOK (top to bottom) on my inner left arm and the colours are super pretty and gorgeous. The combination of this trio and the fact that I got altogether the "I'm Shook" shade, it was $$ well worth spent. Thank you Jeffree Star for producing such gorgeous babies in scrumptious colours, thank you so much to Beautylish (especially the packing department!!) for my beautifully packed package which arrived safely!! And oh, 2 coats were all it took to last me till past lunch hour and it wasn't drying ;)

The ONLY HG I trust

IT Cosmetics line of products are God sent. I adore and am faithful to this baby here for 2 years already. As this isn't readily available like in the US, folks like us in Singapore have to search high and low just to get our hands on these precious babies. Because the price in Sephora for IT Cosmetics is B.S :p LOL, hence I ordered from Beautylish. 2 pumps are all I need for a solid medium coverage and it lasts me a good 7+ hours with little transfer. I'm looking forward to more wonderful products from you guys!! ;)
