Beauty Product Reviews | Page 3

i got this product before i went abroad along with the liquid version, and i got it in like 3 - 4 shades up from what i am now im usually nc15 which is the lightest they have.. its an ok powder now that im allot lighter i kinder use it as a little contour or when im tanned up a quick flush over the face with a giant powder brush for a bit of glow.. overall, there are better products but its a nice, light, glowing roduc depending what shade you use it in.. :)

so yeah like many of the other girls i got this in the bareminerals starter face kit. and i pretty much got this because of the 3 brushes that you got.. and i am highly dissapointed ive had it for about nearly1 and a half weeks maybe and all it seems to do is shed shed shed.. its got to be the worst when you've done your makeup then your picking off strands of brush hair off your face. dissapointed with bareminerals to be honest especially with the price aswell .

i got this perfume about 4 years ago now and i still have it, at the time when i was about 14 i probably got it because of the packaging, as you do.. but it does have a very distinct and strong coconut smell.. always reminds me of my holiday to turkey as i got it in the airport on the way :') yeah id say go for it if you like coconuts, if not then i wouldnt. cute packaging though :)

i think i bought this product with too much of a high expectation.. i got it from sephora in prague on a break but that shouldnt make a difference should it? theyre all made in the same place, right? maybe its the way im applying it, i dont know :/ colours are lovely though.. any help?

ummm..

i got the bare minerals starter kit not long ago and i think its a complete waste of £50-£60. maybe its more of a sumer thing, i dont know but i do like to achieve full coverage and this is nowhere near what so ever.. if you have acne scariing, blemishes, redness of any kind or discolouration i would not recommend this at all, go get yourself some revelon colourstay!

phenominal stuff!

ive tried various mac products over years and years and must of came across this as a mistake i guess.. I've been using this product for years and i actually do swear by it, its unexplainably fantasic, i find mac always has alot of yellow tones even the lightest one but nothing actually compares to this. if your looing for that foundation that you want to stay ALL day and complete FULL coverage then this is for you! this still seems too good to be true but im not complaining :) one thing i would say BEFORE you purchase this product is that the dry skin one is slightly different from the combination/oily, i have extremely dry skin but i must of purchased the oily one first by mistake and its allot more coverage than the dry one, if youre not bothered id go ahead and get it but am going to get the oily/combo from now on and add a tad of moisturiser into it. Also this product can vary from price in from the UK and paid about £12.95 but i know you can get it cheaper.

rant

i hate the way everyone refers to this product as "people on a budget" because it's really not. Alot of our girls on here love our mac and benefit such as me, but like to experiement with drugstore brands and new things. i ordered a bunch of products off ELF last night for the first time and cant wait to review them! x
