Works like a charm!

I got this in a color 4 and 5, the 5 is a very good match for my skin tone. I use the 4 to highlight and as an eye shadow base.

The consistency is very smooth, it's thick so you can start with a very little amount and build it up as needed. This is one of the few concealers that totally covers my under eye circles and dark spots on the first application.

It lasts for about 3 hours without creasing if I don't use a powder on top. With a powder, it lasts all day long.

My only complaint is that I would prefer a hinged lid rather than the screw top. Great little product at a surprisingly fair price.

What a great color!

I actually use this as a transition color on my eyes, it's a true matte red/brown that looks great on my skin. I used it as a blush for the first time this week and was very happy with the application and coverage. You don't need a lot and this is a great everyday color.

The only down-side for me is the price. I recently discovered La Femme blushes and cannot justify paying so much money for MUFE when La Femme is just as good, but much, much less expensive.

If you are like the 'prestige' of owning a high-priced blush at least MUFE are a great quality.

Broad range of super-pigmented colors

I am so impressed with these blushes. I started out with just a couple of single colors and very quickly built a custom palette on makeupmania.com. These blushes are extremely pigmented, so a little really does go a long way. There is a great mix of matte and shimmers and these blushes will last a very long time.

The price is almost too good to be true...only $4 each. These blend great and the color range has something for every skin-tone on this planet!

Great for an easy, natural brow.

I'm really liking this product. You get two powder shades to mix or use individually and wax to set. If you want a lighter, more natural look, you can just use the powder. For a more defined, darker brow, set with the wax.

I got this pretty cheap at an Ulta. The spoolie is fairly worthless, but the brush works fine in a pinch.

One hot mess!

I really wanted this palette to work. The colors look beautiful in the pan, but this stuff is impossible to apply smoothly. I tried it all from using my fingers, dry and damp sponge applicators and brushes and even Q-tips! The glitter (which by the way is only on the top coat of the product!) was not milled very well and scratched my eyelids.

It was also pretty greasy...I don't have oily lids, but it was like putting on tinted Vaseline.

I love NYX overall, but these get a huge pass from me!

Beautiful color for darker skintones

Wow! I usually wait ages before posting reviews, but I got these yesterday in the mail (Mai-Tai and Sunset Beach) and was immediately blown away by the quality of these blushes. I'm soo bummed that I slept on these....they're discontinued and are very difficult to find in the drugstores. I ordered 3 of each on ebay for about $3 a piece. I really like the Baked Blushes and am so far very impressed with the Minerals Blush.

I use my Real Techniques stippling blush to apply and these blend in beautifully with my skintone (NW45/Caramel). I don't need alot of product to get a very natural look. So far they are lasting quite nicely. I've been wearing Mai-Tai for about 5 hours and it still shows with no need for a touch-up.

You can build this blush up to whatever intensity you desire. It doesn't look cakey or fake. I'm so glad I decided to give this a try....I'm probably going to pick up a couple more as backup!

Pretty good deal...

I ordered 2 of these a few months ago on a whim. They are actually a very nice liner for a very cheap price. They are water resistant so you have to blend them fairly quickly, but they do a great job at keeping your lipsticks and glosses within the liner.

I wouldn't go out of my way to order these, but if I was ordering something else from BH Cosmetics, I might pick up a couple if they're on sale. They do need to expand the color selection a little more.

Meh...

Groundwork was a bit of a disappointment for me. I was hoping for a color that was a match for my skintone but this one is a little chalky on me. Overall, I do like the Paint Pots, you really only need a tiny bit and they last a long time. However, I prefer the new 24-hour color tatoo's from Maybelline. I'm probably going to give my Groundwork to a friend and stick with my color tatoo's.

Smooth, intense color at a steal!

I have this in Black and Aqua....it's fantastic on my waterline. With or without eyeshadow to set, it didn't budge on me. I love how easy this pencil is to use, I always get a smooth line and great color pay-off.

Best kept secret?

Super quality powder, no irritation, it melts like butter on my skin.

I was surprised that it's so difficult to find reviews on this powder. It's very finely milled and absorbs oil better than any other powder I've used. I have this in about 5 different shades....it may seem like over-kill but I'll explain how I use it to correct off-color (i.e. cheap) foundations. I use the Neutral Set (Colorless Face Powder) to set all of my makeup and powders. This stuff absorbs in the skin and has no chalky residue. This powder is my go to oil blaster in the summer. I use the Banana Viasge Powder in a similiar manner as the Neutral Set, but this one gives me face a touch of warmth. The color absorbs beautifully and doesn't look 'yellow', it just soaks up the oils, sets my concealer/foundation and adds a warm glow. I love this stuff! I also have Coco-Tan, Chestnut and Sienna. These three are brown shades with different undertones. Chestnut is pretty much an exact match to my skintone. Coco-Tan has a slight orange undertone and Sienna has a more reddish undertone. Chestnut is in between.

While I can wear each of these powders over my foundations and still look great, I find that I can use them to counteract any foundations that have funky undertones when I apply them. For example, L'Oreal True Match foundations leave a weird greyish undertone on me....even when I set it with my MAC Mineralize Skinfinish or other powders. But when I set it with my Ben Nye powder in Sienna, it balances out the chalky grey tones and leaves me with a nice finish. I can't say enough about these powders. I love them. You get 1.75 oz/49 gm. for pennies compared to Smashbox or MAC products. I only paid $3.75 for the tinted powders and $4.25 for the Neutral and Banana Visage powders!!! These can be purchased at most theatrical stage shops/costume shops or you can order online. I found a fantastic website for a wonderful company in Wisconsin that carries a wide variety of Ben Nye Products.
