Changes color a bit

This was my first gel liner, and I really did enjoy it. I actually went to the mall to buy the shimmer brick, and ended up being drawn to the gel liners. The saleswoman recommended the ivy shimmer ink (I'd also like to say it looked nothing like the swatch on here, even at the end of the day), and at first I was a bit turned off by the idea of wearing green liner. (I would normally only want a pronounced dark black.) To my surprise, I loved how it looked. It was nearly black upon application. It is very precise and has great lasting power as well. The only downfall is that throughout the course of the day, it would fade into a more sheer, more green-gray color and it would not look the same at ALL. I also borrowed graphite from my mom and felt the same way. I loved it because it was such a dark and pronounced gray at first, but it slowly faded into a sheer silver. Just be warned if you don't get black-- it will not look the same as you applied it later, even after maybe thirty minutes. I wish I had tried black, and I wonder how the regular ones compare to the shimmer inks. I probably won't be purchasing it again though, for lately I've seen great reviews for much cheaper gel liners.

Too sheen. I prefer lineur intense

I've been using L'Oreal Lineur Intense liquid liner for over two years now, and I didn't have much of an opinion on it because it's the only liquid liner I've ever used. I heard good things about line stiletto on youtube and beautylish, so I added it to my christmas makeup haul thinking it'd be a lot better, but I was disappointed. I've actually had to use it a few times because I'm running out of my old liner, but i dislike it so much that I would rather use the dried out lineur intense than the line stiletto. The line stiletto seems to go on much more transparent, and it miraculously disappears while I'm doing the rest of my makeup. I would just expect something much more pigmented and black out of a liquid eyeliner. Maybe I got a bad one, or maybe it's my skin.

I swear by this, I swear by this, I swear by this

I SWEAR BY THIS! I'm kind of known for my lashes; it's almost become my trademark. When I first started college, people kept telling me that when they first saw me they thought I was wearing falsies (some would argue whether this is a compliment or not, but I take it as one!) I have very thin lashes that are sparse and they droop easily with most mascaras. I've been using lash blast for at least three years now, and no matter how many products I try, I will always come back to this. Nothing even comes close to touching this. It is the holy grail of mascara. Nuff said

Great base for powder blushes!

I actually received this from a friend who didn't like it who received it from another who didn't like it. At first I thought I didn't like it either, and understood why they didn't want it, however, lately more and more of the youtube gurus I watch have been recommending to apply cream blush before a powder blush to help it stay put- which is great for me because normally my blush seems to slowly disappear or even spread out on my face, making my complexion look overall a bit shimmery or pink, but still one color (the opposite of what we want when we apply blush!)

I've also started applying this higher on my cheekbones and closer to my temples (it's just more flattering for my face shape). Lately, I love the way this illuminates my ELF and NARS blushes; it amplifies my cheekbones and actually helps them to stay on! For how affordable it is, I definitely recommend to anyone who has problems with blush soaking into their skin, or, if you've purchased this and are disappointed with it, try it again as a primer!

Subtle

I adore this scent, and I'm pretty picky with perfumes. I love the warmth it has while still being sweet and feminine. I can hardly smell it though! Even when I first started using it it was very unnoticable. I personally want a perfume that people will notice, be drawn to, and compliment throughout the day. When I wear this, if I ask, people will say they can't smell it even maybe ten to fifteen minutes after application. If it had more lasting power, I'd make this my go-to scent.

Confused- I love it! Great for fine lashes

First, I'm not positive I'm reviewing the right product. I stole this mascara from my mom, so I don't have the packaging it came in. Mine doesn't say false 'fiber' lashes, it just says false lashes. But when I google Loreal False Lashes, 'fiber false lashes' is the only thing that comes up, and the packaging is the same shape & gold color. If they are the same thing, I love this product! What works for me doesn't always work for everyone else, so maybe I should stop planning all of my purchases based off of beautylish reviews. Anyway, on to the review.

I normally use Lashblast by cover girl. I have extremely fine hair and lashes, and they basically wilt with any normal wet mascara. I have always gotten compliments on my lashes. I actually have a dried out wand that I use first before doing anything else, then curl my lashes. This way my lashes are lifted and have some structure before applying something wet that will thicken, add length, and darken. Now I use Loreal false lashes mascara in my routine, and it does something incredible. It's a lot stickier and sturdier than a normal mascara, which is great for fine lashes because it doesn't let them wilt. I just love the shape it gives my lashes and it doesn't take a million steps to get the effect I had before. It thickens just enough to make lashes stand out but not be clumpy. It also has a bendable applicator. I wipe some of the product off before applying (as I do with any mascara), so that may be why it's not clumping for me. It probably sounds like a tedious routine, but I've never been able to apply mascara in one step and be out the door. This has shortened the routine and it gives that cat-eyed look a lot of us look for. I'm eager to see more reviews for this mascara.
