Better than Barnes' Body Bling.

And "dryer" than Maran's Bronzing Oil. Overall a good product. You can apply it straight from the bottle and don't have to dilute it with anything. The glitter isn't so overwhelming that you're going to look like a Vegas stripper, either. The only gripe I really have about this product is the bottle. I ended up having to pour a different, lighter oil, once I got towards the end of the product to get the last of it out.

Who doesn't want to smell like milk and honey?

Uhh, well sometimes I don't. Not sure what it is about the fragrance of this lotion but I can only handle it sometimes. It's definitely going to remain in the rotation, though. What I like about it is that it's super light and doesn't get filmy or rollie-pollie if you're massaging it in for a while. That tells me my skin is really absorbing the product. And like all Burt's stuff, I love that it's mostly organic and not tested on the maminals.

Smells amazing.

I use this on my hands, feet, knees... actually I use this pretty much everywhere. The scent is super fresh and makes me feel totally energized. Whenever I feel like smelling nice but don't want to reach for the perfume I put this behind my ears and on my wrists. My boyfriend always wants to know what it is....... I'll never tell.......

If you don't have it, go get it.

I'm addicted to this stuff and I've managed to get everyone around me to love it, too. When I'm in a pinch I can rub some on my cheeks and use it as a moisturizer. I have super sensitive skin, and although I don't do that often- I've never broken out from using it on my face. I think I've even used it to smooth flyaways in my hair... what CAN'T Burt's do?!?!

For non-prescription, I'm impressed.

I was hoping... ok, no.. more like PRAYING that this stuff would work for my hyperpigmentation issues and Acne scars- and it did!! Granted, there have been studies that show Hydroquinone (the active ingredient) can be harmful to your liver, but I think that's really in the higher 4% perscription varieties. Even still, I've decided to use it three months on, three months off- just to be safe.

As thrilled that I was to see that my darker areas were fading (i'd say about a 50% pigment reduction) I've started to break out a bit in the areas I use it the most. It's a heavier serum so be sure to use a light hand when you apply it.

Omgahhhh!!!

I'm OBSESSED with Argan Oil now that I've had a chance to get my paws on a Sephora sample of Josie Maran's Bronzing edition. And let me just say this- Girls, do not be afraid of oil. Seriously, it's natural and this whole anti-oil trend is just making everyone look older faster. Oil can be good for you! Especially THIS oil. Love love love love loved it. If I could eat it, I would.

Ain't no La Mer.

So the commercials put on by Olay will have you thinking this product is just as good as La Mer. Not so much. While it IS a nice nightime treatment it's a bit filmy once it has a chance to dry (if I rub my cheeks after I apply it just rolls off)... So clearly it's not being fully absorbed. It almost feels like it has a silicone in it or something but I don't see that listed on the ingredients. Maybe I'm just putting too much on?? Can't say I've never been guitly of over-indulging in my products... *bats eyelashes*

Not bad at all.

I break out like a 16 year old pizza delivery boy so I'm pretty particular about what I'll put on my face. I gave this moisturizer a try at the urging of one of my girls that had just started working the Clinique counter at the mall.

Ehhh.. it's light, which is nice but for the price I'd rather stick with my Neutrogena Oil Free or Aveeno Clear Complexion. I didn't break out while using it, for those of you suffering with the dreaded Acne and scared of trying new things. I just didn't feel like I was getting enough oompf out of it considering I have pretty dry skin (on top of my Acne- some of us girls just have alll the luck....)!

It's all in my head...

and I'm fine with that. I just threw down almost $300 on face cream, people, let me think it's the best thing since donuts. And actually- it IS good but I wouldn't say it's The Best. There are some definite plusses to this product: I love how rich it is but goes on light (for a heavy moisturizer). I love how it smells. I like that it doesn't interfere with my makeup's ability to stay put, either. I like to slather this on and get into my bed. Then I just lay there and pretend I'm rich.

Watch those eyes, ladies.

First off, anything with sunscreen is kind of going to suck, as far as moisturizers go. I hate that greasy, filmy feel I get, no matter which one I've tried. This one is no exception but has a nicer texture than many. And may Jesus have mercy on your soul if you happen to get this stuff in your eyes- I was seriously incapacitated for like an hour after accidentally getting some in there. You have to reapply after a few hours too or the sunscreen sucumbs to the elements (ok- and my sweaty forehead).
