Elizabeth Olsen
MOMA Film Benefit, 2011
Adding yet another style to her stunning red carpet looks, Mary-Kate and Ashley's little sister, Elizabeth Olsen, rocked an old Hollywood-inspired effect—complete with sexy cat eyes! The elegant makeup paired perfectly with her side-swept retro waves. The actress' makeup artist Gita Bass shares how she achieved the look.
Makeup
Gita prepped Elizabeth's skin with Chanel Hydramax + Active Serum for a radiant base. Then she applied Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Ultra Light Skin Perfecting Makeup to create an even complexion. Next, Gita added color along the cheekbones with Chanel Bronzing Powder and Blush Duo Tweed Effect in Brun Rose. For Elizabeth's dazzling cat-eye effect, she used a slightly wet brush to trace Chanel Illusion D'Ombre in Mirifique along the top and bottom lash lines and winged the outer corners. A layer of Chanel Inimitable Intense Mascara in Nior and a swipe of Chanel Rouge Allure Laque Lip Lacquer in Dragon were the final finishing touches to Elizabeth's glamorous look.
