I found it a great foundation

I have normal to dry skin and I wanted something that wouldn't sit like a mask on my face. I found that working this foundation into the skin with a flat top brush works great. The finish is like a satin, but not overly 'dewy'. It looks great once powdered. The smell is nice, not over powering or really chemically smelling. I have read that there were people who had problems with breakouts and the packaging. I have very sensitive skin and it did not break me out, I also have not had the pump malfunction.

Ok as far as mattes go

Maybe it was just my color choices, but the end result wasn't just matte, but very dry looking. Even gloss didn't perk it up. If you want that really super beyond matte look, then probably a good product to use, if not, I would skip it.

I also have the pink lemonade

The colors are what attracted me when I saw them in the store (not to mention the price) and when I got them home, ripped into the packaging and tried them on my hand I loved the smell and the color pay off. But, that was on my hand. Putting them over foundation...not so much. They ARE good, don't get me wrong, but I like the facial whip better. As it is an all over color stick, I think it works best when you are wearing minimal make up, no foundation and want a quick go to product. You can use it on your cheeks, lips and eyes, leaves a nice shimmer. I wouldn't use it solely as a highlight though, It does have somewhat of a dry texture ( in my opinion) and does not blend that well over any products. Basically its a stand alone, wear alone product.

Wasn't sure about it at first

I normally stick to highlighting powders and powder products in general because I normal to dry skin and I am just more comfortable with powder products. But I gave this a go and I really like it! It is easy to apply, has great color and is build able, although you really don't need very much at all. I find it does go on better over the foundation before you powder, but still works great over powder. I find it is easy to apply with your fingers (before powdering) and a small fluffy brush (after powdering) it keeps its shine and shimmer for quite awhile and doesn't wear off easily. As with all e.l.f. products I have used thus far, excellent quality for the low price.

Funny looking, at first

When I first saw this product in a review on YouTube, I thought it was the silliest looking thing. But after using it, it's not so silly after all. There are a lot of 'flavors?' and I particularly like the mint and the lemon. Very refreshing and the moisture is long lasting..not to mention the product itself! I have had mine for over a year and even with use multiple times a day, I still have a ton of it left. The price is good, you get a lot of product, the flavor options are great and it is an all around great product.

Great product

I used this on my wedding day and I loved it. It didn't feel like I had anything on my face. If your not careful though, it will fly everywhere. A little goes a long way!
