I just started using this and what I love most about it is that it's hydrating yet it doesn't leave my skin feeling oily or filmy. Over the past couple of years, I've become more sensitive to scents and I've found that even certain scents I used to love are now starting to bother me. This cleanser has a light chamomile aroma that doesn't offend and the fact that it's made with organic ingredients is also another big plus!
This translucent powder can also be used as a light to medium weight powder foundation. I use a foundation brush to pat and blend this onto my face after applying a bit of concealer. Best of all, it has a silky, beautiful finish that doesn't look cakey AND it's made of organic ingredients.
This is a "universal" color and I must say that I tested it at a table with three other ladies with varying skin tones and we were all pretty surprised that if used as a translucent powder, it does have a pretty "universal" appeal.
My skin has become more sensitive over the past two years and I love using at home peels and exfoliants, so I was happy when I came across this peel for sensitive skin. It does a great job of tightening my pores and smoothing my skin. I use it about twice a week as maintenance in between going to the esthetician. It smells great and it makes my skin look and feel cleaner.
There really isn't another product out there that sanitizes and preserves makeup products like this does. The spray makes it quick and easy to use. The product is sanitized once it's dry which typically takes approximately one minute. Brushes are not the only place where germs and bacteria can hide - yet I never thought about this until I came across this product. I also love that the ingredients are natural and safe especially since everything ends up back on the skin.
I've used biosilk for years and I still think it's great. I use it as a finishing product after my hair is dry and and styled. It tames down the frizz and leaves a beautiful shine. I place less than a dime size worth on my fingertips, then I run my fingers through select strands of hair as well as the ends. You don't need much so don't over do it. It's a bit pricey but if used correctly, it lasts for months.
I own several MAC blush colors and I like them all, but this shade is my favorite because of it's subtlety. It's the perfect blush for casual outings and days when I just need a hint of color.
I love Make Up For Ever's foundations. I was using the Mat Velvet line before this HD foundation came out. Now, I switch off between this foundation and my Temptu as they both give an airbrushed finish. It is very light weight considering the full coverage it provides which means that I don't need much concealer.
This is my must-have eye palette for weekend trips. I agree that it's too bulky to put in a purse but it fits perfectly in my carry-on suitcase. There is a little bit of fall out because the powder is soft, so I give my brush a few more taps than usual before I apply it. I use all of the colors but my 3 favorite for day or night are Pink Cheeks, Pillow Talk and Lap Dance.
