Great beginner palette!

The Coastal Scents 88 Makeup Palettes are such awesome palettes for makeup lovers who are either starting out, or don't own too many things. According to the website (<a href='http://www.coastalscents.com' rel='nofollow' target='_blank'>www.coastalscents.com</a>) the 88 original palette is on sale for $18.95, but I remember purchasing mine for $25. If you were to buy it for the sale price that's roughly only $0.21 per shadow!! That price is amazing compared to some high end shadows! They are incredibly pigmented with great payoff! The only thing I would say is that you definitely have to use a good primer with them, because they do fade within a couple of hours if you don't. You also have to be extremely careful with your palette because the little pans that hold the colors will come out. There should be no need to worry if you are careful. These palettes are the ones I always reach for when I do a colorful tutorial on my channel (<a href='http://www.youtube.com/tonnsONE' rel='nofollow' target='_blank'>www.youtube.com/tonnsONE</a>) and I would completely recommend them to everyone!

Worth it!

I have been searching EVERYWHERE for the OPI Black Shatter! I am so happy to report that I have found it at an Ulta and have been using the hell out of it! The brush plays such a pivotal role in shatter polishes, because you are really only supposed to just put a quick stripe onto your nails instead of building the color up, that way it can shatter the way its supposed to. The OPI brushes are so big where its easy to get a good shatter, unlike any of the cheaper versions. The shatter coat allows a boring routine of just doing plain colors to really spice things up! I like to pair the black shatter with a bright color under, like a yellow or hot pink!

Good steal

Recently in Target I found a $5 bill in front of the ELF setup, and knew that it was a message from the Heavans above. I always knew how inexpensive ELF products were but really have never tried anything from it besides their brushes, but knew about this amazing following they had. This $5 gave me the opportunity to purchase one of the blushes and see what all the hype was about. I have mixed feelings with it; first off, cheap cheap cheap! Great for people on a budget, but you have to really pack the color onto your brush to get a payoff. There also isn't very much product in the pan, so I can't imagine it lasting very long before you have to go out to purchase it again. But overall I would say that they are good, not great.

Get NAKED!!!!

I don't think there will EVER be a palette quite like this one. The Urban Decay NAKED palette is full of gorgeous neutrals. I had been on a mission to find this palette for about 4 months, of just nonstop searching! Recently, I found 2 in a Sephora and picked them both up! I kept one and gave one away on my YT channel because I know how difficult they are to find (<a href='http://www.youtube.com/tonnsONE' rel='nofollow' target='_blank'>www.youtube.com/tonnsONE</a>). The palette also came with a flat shader brush and a mini primer potion. I have been using this palette each day since I've gotten it, and can't imagine what my life will be like once I hit pan. For my night time looks I like to put "Smog" all over my lid, and either "Darkhorse" or "Hustle" in the crease, "Virgin" into the inner corner and under the brow. For daytime I take "Toasted" and put that on my lid, either "Smog" or "Hustle" into the crease, "Virgin" in the inner corner, and "Naked" under the brow bone. This palette comes with 2 colors (Naked and Buck) which are also great for filling in brows. I have dark coloring and they even work for me. Overall this is an amazing palette and if you can get your hands on it then I would definitely recommend it!

Essie Nail Polish!

If you know me, then you know that I am a huge fan of nail polish! For the past year my favorite nail polish has been the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Fast Dry Nail Color, that is until I've decided to try out Essie! I randomly bought a color one time to see what all the fuss was about, and I haven't turned back ever since. I love the wide variety of colors to choose from, how long it goes without chipping, and the formula of the polish. I find that with 1 coat it is fine, but with 2 the color pay off is much better. These can be found at alot of places, I get mine from Target! I know they also sell them at CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Ulta, and I'm sure many other places. There's actually a store locator on the Essie website that will tell you the closest store to get them at <a href='http://www.essie.com/locator/index.php?zip=95337&units=mi&dist=10#store-locations&page=store-locations' rel='nofollow' target='_blank'>http://www.essie.com/locator/index....</a> The picture is from my current nail polish that I was wearing today! It's the color, Lilacism.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!

MAC's Paint Pot's are extremely good bases. I find that they don't crease and they bring out the vibrancy of the eyeshadow colors too. I sometimes don't put eyeshadow over the paint pot and the color pay off is still great. I currently own 5 of them (Constructivst, Rubenesque, Blackground, Quite Natural, and Dangerous Cuvee) and am in the works to obtain more! The reason I didn't give this product a perfect score of 5 stars is because they are a little pricey ($16.50 according to the MAC website), but to me they are worth every penny because they are so great. I use each of them for different reasons, I tend to go for Blackground, Dangerous Cuvee, and Constructivist at night and go for a smokey look. I love to use put Rubenesque all over my lid and bring it up to the brow bone to create a background color for a daytime neutral look.
