I personally only have the original Naked pallett, and I feel as though it is a bit better than the 2. It has more versatile colors at a great quality, and I think it was very much worth the price. I find myself using it almost everyday, and I still have not hit pan (Bought it somewhere around New Years) so you also get quite a lot of product :)

I highly recommend the naked 2, doesn't have as many shimmer colors and I like the tines better.

You can get their smaller palette first x

I honestly think the Lorac Pro is better in terms of color selection, price, and quality. Another good option is the Too Faced Chocolate Bar, which smells REALLY nice.
I have a review and swatches of both palettes here

I have all 3 Naked palettes. I got them in the order they came out. Obviously as I got each one, I went through a stage where each was my 'favorite'. Now when I look at what I've used most, I'd say Naked. Also, I really recommend Lorac Pro, however is not any better quality than Urban Decay. They both have fabulous shadows and are really up to par with each other. :)

You could even try the It: Naturally Pretty palette. It's all matte with one transforming Pearl shade to turn any of those colors from matte to shimmery. I love it and my clients love it.

I personally cannot stand Lorac. I just do not get the color payoff like I do with my Naked Palettes. I thought maybe I just got a bad palette or something so I got another and it was the same. I would stick with UD, Kat Von D, Too Faced, or Smashbox before Lorac any day!

I have both.. and I don't understand why people have been bashing on naked so bad lately.. first of all it's a whole whopping 10$ more not that big of a difference.. lol I like both they both are very good palettes which in my opinion both are very good quality.. can't go wrong with either one.

Good choice Alexis! Honestly, I reach for my lorac pro palette more often than my naked palettes :)

I have my naked 1 and I love it. I use it everyday because I love the natural look it gives me. I ordered naked 2 and waiting for it to arrive. Can't wait to try it out.

Like most people said, the Lorac Pro seems to be a better fit for you than the Naked/Naked 2 palettes. Honestly, I only use 5 colors from my Naked 2 and it's kind of a waste of money. But I also want to mention the Lorac Pro To Go palette (http://beautyplaylist.tumblr.com/post/75643144136/lorac-pro-to-go). This one includes 6 eyeshadows, 2 blushes, and 1 bronzer. I like to take this one when I'm traveling.

If your not a big fan of shimmer, stay away from the naked palettes. I got one cause I thought I might change my mind about shimmer and I kinda regret it now. I rarely use it :/

I've heard the lorac pro is better to get :)

I would recommend the one if you like a wide range of neutrals, and browns but with naked 2 it's just a lot more dark taupe colors which I personally don't like I recommend the one.

@Jacqlyn mm I would exactly say that. There are similar colors but lorac pro has different plots overall.

Well to me, Naked 2 has less common colors the way Naked 1 does. I have some looks on my Pinterest board (link in my profile) to help you decide if you'd like 1 or 2 :)
