What's your experience? I read bad reviews they never ship items or refynd , (I live in us). Also I read if I sited $50 or more shipping is free so I'm going to get lorac pro palette And dipbrow do you know how much tax is added??

I ordered from ulta a couple times and shipping is fast and they make sure your products are safe they will use bubble wrap and stuff like that I've never had a problem at all.
