I have 4 big red, sensitive-to-the-touch pimples on my face, 2 on my chin and two on my forehead and I really need to get rid of them soon because school starts tomorrow
I'm already using topical treatments that my dermatologist prescribed for my acne in general, but those aren't helping

I used toothpaste and mouthwash, toothpaste I don't know why but it worked to minimize mine, mouthwash or alcohol dries and shrinkens them. If too sensitive, I can't help you. But this helped.

^ bad idea. I would try and avoid them or put some ice and spot cream on.

I'd just leave them alone to heal naturally. They may not look nice but aggravating them more with harsh products will just make the bacteria spread and become more noticeably red and sore. Good luck!
