Bleaching, your choice of a pink dye and a bottle of conditioner to dilute the pink to make it pastel :)

^ yep:D the bleach I'm using is a 20, cos my hair is a light brown. The most you can go up to is 30 tho, as 40 is what hairdressers use:D.

I recently bleached my hair to go this colour and I remember why I only use 20vol, cause 30 and 40 are crazy harsh on hair haha.
