Moisturizer 1st and like everyone suggested let it absorb and thn put primer. Always let every layer of product absorb or dry so you foundation won't look cakey.

Yes absolutely! always always moisturize. primer or no primer, you always want to start out with a clean, moisturized face. personally, I don't wait 10 mins, but I think you just have to play with it and see what works for you. :)

I moisturize first then put on primer, there are tinted moisturizers with primers in them already but its just not the same, a primer alone for me is best then both combined
