The Inglot one is known to be the most long lasting and pigmented, but I love my Maybelline and L'Oreal ones just as much!

I love gel liners! they are my favourite liners to work with as they are so versitle. (I use them on my lid as a base, as a liner on my lid, or in the waterline) The two that I really love are: Mac's Fluidline in blacktrack and Illamasqua's precision gel liner in the colour infinity (both are in black). The only difference I find with both of these, is Mac's fluidline tends to be a soft black and isn't waterproof, and illmasqua is a really deep pigmented black that is waterproof. Overall, I use both mac and illamasqua in my waterline with no difficulty, the only difference I personally see is the pigmentation in the black.

I use Mac fluidline in blacktrack. Tip: if you have oily lids, put a lil amount of powder first on your lids. It helps to stay your gel liner for long hours than expected.

Gel eyeliner are my favorite.
For beginners I would start off with the Maybelline eye studio gel eyeliner, The best drugstore gel eyeliner in my opinion. The packaging comes with a brush, but if you want a more angled brush then I suggest the angled Eyeliner brush from Elf it's only $3 And works amazingly good.

Inglot and so is Makeup Geeks! I've tried the Bobbi Brown one and unfortunately didn't like it:( And yes an angled brush is best for doing like the wing!

Every brand has upped their game on gel and cream, liquid liners but I'm hooked on Inglot AMC liner that stuff for me has out beat Mac and other brands.It's different from any gel liner the texture and color is extremely amazing it glides on like butter and stays in place all day plus you can achieve a outstanding shadow look with it.It's just a product you would have to try to understand the jack of all trades gel liner that it is.No drying, the amount you get will last forever :-)
