You have very similar features to Anne Hathaway so it might help to use her as a make up inspiration :)

Subtle green eyeshadow to highlight your eyes more with eyeliner as suggested, matte pink/red lipstick not too much and foundation..your face is beautiful you don't need much to enhance it.

I think I'd fill in your brows slightly darker. contour your eyes rather then pile on the eyeshadow maybe fill out your lashes with some inserts and then contour your cheek bones and put on a red lippy. I adore a red/bold lippy with a full fringe x

You are very pretty. I would try some foundation. try copper gold peach n brown eyeshdow. definitely winged eyeliners worth learning how to do. try nude peach and pink lipsticks maybe even light brown ones too. oh and mascara. go on you tube and look up how to do winged eyeliner for beginners and you should be set. I like wayne goss he's a make up artist and he shows all kinds of tips and tricks for everyone not just beginners. check him out. there are a lot more just can't think of any others names. have fun and practice.

Your skin looks glowing without makeup! I'm really into playing up natural features so I would suggest a bb cream/tinted moisturizer or maybe even just a light concealer under the eye area and in some redder spots you may have. Mac prolong wear in a shade lighter than your skintone is a great one for under the eye because it has good coverage but had kind of a dewy finish. I personally love your dewy rosy complexion and think it looks very sweet but if you want to glam it up you could contour your cheekbones with a bit of light bronzer. I use too faced chocolate soleil for my medium skintone but if that's too dark, they have a milk chocolate shade that's lighter. Highlight the top of your cheekbones and under your outer arch of your brow. The balm'a Mary loumanizer works for a wide range of tones or if that's too shimmery you could try the hourglass ambient lighting powers for setting Under the eyes, forehead and nose. They are subtle but make you look super healthy and glowing! If you want to get into eye shadows, the urban decay naked pallets 2 & 3 would work well with your skin tone. Don't forget lots of mascara and to define your brows. I can't really see them under your bangs but you could probably get away with a stronger brow since they'd just be peeking through. A nice berry or coral/orangey lip color would look nice too.
