I have quite thick hair and it's so hard to brush I feel like my hair is being ripped out! I only brush it after its washed because it's too bad to do everyday does anyone know of any products (shampoo, conditioner, treatment etc) thats good to detangle hair.

My hair use to have the same problem. I just started conditioning the ends and only then ends and it helped quite a bit. You could get a detangling spray.

You brush from the ends up right? if you start at roots you pull all snarls together n they get worse n break hair. Paul Mitchell the conditioner is great.

Yeah I always brush from ends up. my ends ain't actually that bad to brush its the middle section that's the worst.

I agree. It's a 10 and purchase a "Wet Brush". Detangles wet or dry without tugging, snapping or snagging. $7-9 Walmart, Sally, Target.

I just finger comb through my hair in the shower when I have conditioner & my deep conditioner in. it gets rid of all of them.

I'm no expert but why don't you try putting oil on the end before you wash it? This is the "Pre-shampoo". It should prevent tangles. Coconut oil is best for detangling. 😊
