I've really been wanting a pair or Converse but have no idea what pair I want either Black, White, or Navy but I don't know low top or high top. I wear dresses and skirts a lot so which pair would look better I also wear jeans a lot. I don't really know how to style them. If you guys could also post pictures with outfits with converse.

^I agree white high or low. Just be careful if you get white, they get dirty easily.

I personally go for navy blue low tops - not as harsh as black but still goes with everything. :)
