Is it weird/safe to buy slightly used/new clothes on eBay? There are a pair of pants that I'd really love to buy, only problem is they've been sold out for the past year and the only place I can find them is eBay. I would buy them from someone who has 100% reputation. I'm just wondering if I should or not? Or if anyone has bought used clothes on eBay? I feel like it's basically thrift shopping.

Exactly. It's the same as any thrift store or yard sale. I'd wash it/dry clean before wearing and use PayPal to pay for the purchase as they insure it to avoid fraud. I'd also check out the sellers profile and feedback from other sales customers. :)

No lots of people purchase from E-Bay.
Just be sure to take the proper procedure to sanitize the clothing before useage.

I purchased a pair of jeans from eBay, they weren't used. It was from like a "store" thing on there but I wouldn't purchase anything used as it might be more worn than you expected.
