Well honestly I think bangs would be your best bet. But I also think that volume throughout your hair would look great on you, along with bangs. I think some wispy bangs would look so cute on you though! I'll find some pictures of some that I think would really suit you. One question is though, why do you not want bangs? You're gorgeous btw and have a lovely smile, so screw people being mean to you!💕💕💕

You're really pretty and have beautiful eyes.
I know you don't want bangs but that's the only thing I can think of. You can do a long swoop bang going from one side to the other.

I agree you can always try contouring your face to make it look the way you want Hunn... If you are really that self conscious about it , I would maybe TRY bangs... I understand you don't like them, but there is so many different styles out there.. You just have to go around and see what you like and what makes you feel confident. Keep in mind it's all about YOU. If you feel confident , no matter how big, how small, how whatever you may look, your confidence will shine through. Beauty comes from within.. If you project confidence in how you look , you will look beautiful. (:

I also just looked at some of your pictures and the one with your hair curled really looks cute and gives you some volume and it looks great. When your hair is straight like in the pic you posted at the top, it really draws attention to your forehead more so I think if you teased your hair a little it would look completely different. Also they make clip in bangs that you could try just to see how it looks on you but I know bangs would look so good on you...💕💕💕

You can always contour your forehead to make it appear smaller.
use a powder/concealer/foundation that has a cool undertone & is 1-2 shades darker than your skin tone. contour along tour hairline & at your temples to make your forehead look smaller (:
