Coconut oil is a good supplement to hair Growth.You can apply this oil to your hair almost every day and then wash it of with any good shampoo or conditioner. It is available in leading stores like Walmart.

Oil pulling, great for cuticles, washing make up brushes. On the spot treatment for inflammed acne mixed with tea tree oil. As the girls mentioned above it's not suitable to use all over the face, especially if you have acne prone skin. It's great for an all over body moisturiser too. :) I'm from the UK and you can pretty much buy it from any grocery stores here or supermarkets. As long as it's the pure kind you're good to go. :)

It is also supposed to be good for your insides and not just your outsides. I have a teaspoon in my coffee occasionally- adds an interesting taste! You can also cook with it!
