Had anyone tried the Hairfinity pills to grow your hair? And did it work? I want to order but I want to make sure they work! And I've also heard of the hairvits pills too, not sure which ones are better. Please help!

The only thing that determines hair growth is your genetics. Pills, special shampoos, etc. won't work.

Do not take any supplements without consulting your doctor and having a blood panel. Taking biotin or other supplements without a deficiency can cause awful side effects, can interfere with prescriptions, or cause bodily harm (biotin in particular can cause kidney failure). Best case scenario you eliminate the overdose in your urine, worst case you end up in the hospital.
The rate of hair growth is controlled entirely by genetics; however malnutrition can slow growth. Eating a proper diverse diet and getting adequate nutrition will enable your hair to grow at it's maximum potential. Avoiding damage is also key to growing length-- avoid heat, tight hairstyles, and brushing while wet. Don't brush too often. Trim split hair, or the break will travel and cause more loss of length.
There is no evidence that blood flow affects hair growth. The hair you see is technically dead; blood flow at the root does nothing to encourage growth or retention. (Otherwise, pelts wouldn't exist because the blood is long gone.)
If you find that you are losing hair or that your hair is thinning for no reason, see a doctor. Changes in hair volume, thickness, and/or texture can be a symptom of a variety of medical conditions. Always better to be safe than sorry!
