I've had a rough past, and have self harmed. Mainly cutting. I have pretty bad scars on my arm and it's getting to be summer here. What can I use to make the scars fade, and what can I use to cover them up? I've tried concealer and foundation and that doesn't work. Please help..

Bio oil or vitamin e oil help fade scars. try hard candy's glamoflauge concealer. it's supposed to be able to cover tattoos I think. I know it's really good at covering though. so it'll work :)

I self harm as well, and it helps to get a matte green eyeliner pen, just like a really light green, to get rid of any redness before going over it with any of the concealors these lovely ladies mentioned. Waterproof, preferably. You may have to get two different concealor colors to make it match your skin exactly. So you go, waterproof green eyeshadow/eyeliner, waterproof concealor, sunscreen. I hope that helps!!
