I always have puffy bags every time I wake up and there stuck there all day and they are getting sickening. They never go away and I go to sleep at 10:00pm and I wake up around 7am to get ready for school but I don't use any make up products to cover the bags or to treat them. I wash my face, day and night: I tried using the frozen spoon remedies but they never work. Help is really needed.

Bags under your eyes are basically water that's pooled up under your eyes when you were sleeping.. eye creams obviously can help and you can also use a rubbery-ish facial scrubber and just use that with your eye area cleansing wash... most of the scrubbers are shaped like a fish! this will help because your stimulating the blood around your eyes!!

Try to lighten up on your salt intake. And if you can, drink a glass of water before going to bed & immediately after waking up to help additionally flush out excess salt. They sell gel-eye masks that you keep in the frig which you can use instead of spoons. They'll cover a wider area of your eyes without risking of creating redness caused by "too cold" types of compresses. Also, a eye serum that has a smooth metal ball as an applicator will help with puffiness due to the coldness of the applicator & the formula of the serum. I like Lancome Genifique Eye Pearl. It will also help with darkness.

Also agree on sleeping on your back but also if you can use a couple of pillows to keep your elevated a bit so the excess fluid doesn't pool up under your eyes. Follow the directions on the eye serum packaging. It will usually say to run the applicator around & under the eyes a few times like a massage to expedite the de-puffing.
