My best friends birthday is coming up and I want to get her some nice makeup because it's her favorite thing, but I don't want to spend too much. any suggestions?

Not sure what too much is but here are a few suggestions :)

Naked Palette or any eye shadow palette.
Color sensational lipstick by maybelline (her favourite colour)
Nail polish (her favourite colour)
Not really cosmetics but soap and glory have really nice body moisturisers and scrubs.

It cosmetics naturally pretty, or nude tude from the balm, something different but just as good as any other brand:) or one of the too faced limited edition spring pallets.

Any drugstore make up in pretty wearable colours lippys,eyeliners etc. but I wouldn't advise any skin products because you don't know how her skin might react!

I wouldn't go with any face makeup because you never know their exact skin shade or how they like something or how it looks with their skin or how their skin reacts to it. Honestly your best bet is an eyeshadow palette because there are more than one shade
To play around with.
