I have super curly hair. Curly hair tends to be really dry, so use moisturizing hair masks or products like coconut oil and stuff like that, also don't use a lot of hair spray or any products that contain alcohol. As for the making it grow faster, just remember to get a trim like 1/2 inch off every month kind of thing to keep it healthy and to prevent breakage, try also to not use a lot of heat on your hair cuz once again dry hair gets damaged more easily. And remember your diet affects it too, like not eating enough or eating too much junk:)

I've recently switched to the curlugurl method of co washing. no sulfates, parabans etc. I've noticed a lot less hair loss with this method. for styling I use original curling custard natural hair gel. Genetics determine hair growth but the health and texture of my hair have drastically improved. You would be an ideal candidate! Google it :)

I find that using Tresemmé split remedy shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner reduces the amount of breakage and split ends, AND you don't have to get a hair trim as often. Also I use palmers coconut oil leave in conditioner, suave heat defense leave in conditioner (helps frizziness), and organix brand thick and full biotin and collagen weightless healing oil mix ( protects hair and gives it a shiny appeal). I also recommend not taking pills! Using a soft bristle brush and brushing your hair gently for about 5 minutes every night stimulates the cells and helps your hair grow. And for putting your hair in hair ties try scrunchies or the Emi-Jay hair tie collection (or something similar to it). Braids are wonderful for your hair, if you can braid it, braid it!
