For my foundation? I have dry spots but an oily t zone and I usually use a Beauty blender and it sheers out the coverage and I want to get the flawless full coverage look but still look like skin or normal.

I think a buffingbrush would be the one to go with! it gives you more coverage than when you use a stippling brush or beauty blender.
