Not my style. Just my opinion, make it simple bit put together. If you want to pair jeans and boots/booties with a top, wear a simple shirt. Ditch that flowery top. Rule of a thumb, prints should not be as big as your fist as you will look huge. But this is just my opinion.

Susan, or try pairing it with black/white shorts and wedges for a more springy look. Take a look of major designers for inspiration like Carven, Etro, Jonathan Saunders or Kenzo.

I agree that this top doesn't really go with these boots. Maybe if you put some cute white sandals it would look better.
