Hey guys, so... I plan on buying some eos lip balms and it will have been my first time to buy them because it has become such a cult product and I want to see what the hype is about but in your opinion, is it any good? if not, any recommendations?

I haven't tried eos, from reviews on here some people seem to love them and some people find them quite greasy, I use burts bees and also blistex raspberry lemonade which is lovely.

I think everyone has a different opinion on eos lip balms. I'm not a huge fan but I guess they're okay. They're very waxy so I've just gone back to Vaseline. I think you should try it and see if it's for you :)

Eos has bad reviews most of the time. I prefer to use diy's lip balm or baby lips.

I just bought one yesterday because they were on sale and they're not the best but not the worst I don't think there worth the 4 dollars but I got one for 2$
Baby lips are much better in my opinion they feel like your lips are getting moisturized but the Eos balm just kinda feels like you have cold petroleum jelly on top of them not moisturizing them
the packaging is pretty cute though and is easy to find if it gets lost in your purse but then you can't really just throw one in your pocket if your heading out the door because it looks kinda weird having this big round thing sticking out of your side
There not the worst but I don't believe there really worth the price but they are like 90% natural or something I can't quite remember

But it's always worth the try to just buy one
Also mine kinda dried up after a little bit and the flavour started to smell really really off after a bit
I suggest the mint one just because that flavour seemed to last longer then the fruit one

To be honest, the EOS Lip Balms are just for show. They look very cute and smell really nice, but don't offer any long term benefits for your lips. After applying your lips will feel nice for about 15 minutes, but then the balm will dry and your lips will feel just as cracked and chapped as ever. They are quite waxy so it is easy to mistake the feeling of wax on lips for your lips being moistruized. Please don't buy into the gimmick. They really aren't anything special except for the packaging.
If you are really looking to repair lips, I suggest Blistex, Hurraw Lip Balm, Rose Salve, and the Vaseline Lip Therapy.

However I never recommend using Vaseline on any part of your body in terms of achieving moisture, and hydration. Here is why...

I like them because they are kinda thick witch would normally be kinda gross but here the weather drys out my lips super easy and the thick coat protects them through out the day while moisturizing them at the same time. but I agree, it wotks for some pople more than other. you should just try it for yourswlf :)

I'm not a fan of eos. it just sits on my lips and smells nice.
but I LOVE lucas paw paw ointment. this stuff seriously works! its also multi purpose : bug bites, chapped skin etc.
also any lush lip balm is great, my fave is honey trap :)

Just in case you thought I meant Vaseline, I am talking about the Lip Therapy. They now make an actual balm not just petroleum. This is safe for your lips.

I agree with the others, the eos balms look really cute but they don't do anything, I love blistex it is a lot better than baby lips (although they do work quite well too) and it makes my lips so soft
