Hey people! So I got Nair's facial hair removal kit and it turned out to be a disaster because I had a bad reaction to it and my face looks like I've been clawing at it and now, it's all scabby (Sorry for the gross description lol).
So I asked my cousins about it and they said that Nair and Veet are just plain bad. They recommended threading for the upper lip but they added that it hurts like hell. I'm just too big of a chicken for these things and anything having to do with my face!
What do you think? Do you know of any hair removal creams for sensitive skin? Also, what's your preferred method of removing facial hair? Thanks!

I use one of those little electric shavers on my facial hair, the kind made for that, they are like ten dollars at Target.

Full body laser removal is pricey but worth it in the long run.

I would recommending waxing facial hair. I'm not sure about shaving but for now I think threading is the way to go.

Try getting it waxed in a salon threading hurts like crazy and for a longer amount of time. Don't try to shave it (I've never tried but it is a terrible idea) I like getting waxed when I have to it is quick and the redness fades pretty quickly for me,

For legs, arms, underarms: shaving
face: waxing or threading preferably but in a pinch nair facial hair removal cream for sensitive skin worked for me.

I just tweeze mine. I have been putting it off for a long time, but lately my moustache has gotten unbearable so I sat down with the tweezers and got to work. Took about 30 minutes this morning. I should probably try waxing, but I don't want to spend the money (even though a DIY kit is like $5 lol).
I tweeze eyebrows and moustache, and it doesn't hurt. At first there's a little sting, but it goes away quickly and you don't notice. I don't even feel my eyebrows anymore because I have been doing it so long.

Avon has a cream remover and its not as harsh as Nair. And you can't leave it on longer than 2 min or else youll get burned. Most packaging will say 5-10 min thats way to long!!

Shaving isn't a terrible idea, Emma. lol. I don't know why it would be. been shaving my upper lip & little unibrow hairs since like 6th grade! obviously if she doesn't like shaving she can just stop & try another way. no harm in shaving lol.

Thanks everyone for all your suggestions! You're all so helpful. I don't think I'll be trusting a depilatory cream on my face for a long time, though lol.

I agree with Patricia P. I forgot I used an Avon cream thingy on my man-stache lol and it worked! so the Avon cream, surgi wax and threating are great options.
