I agree with jacqulyn, I always use a sugar and olive oil scrub after shaving to keep my legs healthy and it works super well :-)

My sister had the same problem. She eventually had to get a prescribed lotion and they went away. Ask your doctor about it.

I've had those too! What I did was exfoliate and use lotion that's quite moisturizing and has vitamin E in it.

I would try AMLACTIN lotion. It has lactic acid in it to exfoliate the dead skin. It can be found at the drugstore. Its a little pricier than the usual lotions. They make prescription version also but I would try the over the counter one first. A pharmacist once recommended it to me a few years ago.

It could be keratosis pilaris. Use amlactin lotion on it everyday and exfoliate every few days as well.

I'd exfoliate with a scrub before shaving and use a moisturizer with alpha hydroxy acids in it after (then follow with sunscreen because AHAs can make you more sensitive to the sun and it will be easier to get a sunburn.) I used to have issues with bumps and ingrown hair and when I started using a scrub and something with AHAs I found my legs were the smoothest they'd ever been. The ones I use specifically are both from Soap & Glory. I use the Sugar Crush body scrub (which smells absolutely divine, omg!) and the "Butter Yourself" body butter. It also smells good, citrusy with some notes of fig. It's light and clean smelling. They have all kinds of other scrubs and body butters though. The other one I really like that may help you is their "The Daily Smooth" body butter. I like the smell but it had to grow on me so it's not for everyone.
