I always shower in the mornings, add lotion and perfume. Then I head off to school but, somehow, when I come back home a have an odor emitted from my skin. I wonder if there are various ways to get my skin smelling nice and fresh. *I use dove soap and Ivory body wash. Afterwards before I leave to school I put lotion on my hands, arms, face, and neck. The spray perfume.

Perfumes and lotions react differently on everyone's skin. As Jacqlyn said, something lotions can make us sweat. I would try different lotions and perfumes until you find one that works for you. In the mean time, keep a body spray in your bag for a refresher throughout the day. 💋

I'd suggest you carry some baby wipes with you to freshen up throughout the day. Spraying perfume usually masks the smell and sometimes worsens the odor.

First thing I would consider what you're eating. There's a guy at my work who is a healthnut & will periodically go on these garlic or onion binges and he stinks & he knows it and doesn't care. I would also consider trying out a different showe gel, lik Summer's Eve which is for a women's private area but can be used as an allover shower gel. Or maybe one of the shower gels thats targeted for men. They usually have odor fighting ingredients in them. Most of them have that strong men's cologne smell but there are a couple that just smell fresh. Look for odor control. Also, make sure you are using an ANTI-PERSPIRANT rather than just a deodorant. Also I like non-aerosol body sprays instead of perfume to freshen up after lunch for a pick me up. There not as overwhelming as perfume as not to disturb my co workers. I choose clean smelling sprays, not fruity, flower or food smelling scents. And only 2 squirts.
