I think a normal tank would be okay :) I also think that you should try to go as comfortable as possible, if you're getting on the rides (which I'm sure you are) & you put your hands up, your kimono could end up flying off haha! Also it could get hot or something, I love the outfit, just not for an amusement park :b

You want comfortable, simple, and quick drying (if you are going on water rides). Shorts or capris, tee or tank, sneakers. Avoid flip flops, tight denim, and anything that can fall off if you go upside down (necklaces, hair accessories, strapless/slip on shoes). Bring a light jacket for the evening, and a zip lock baggie for your electronics if you go on water rides. :)
