If you recently bought the palette you can exchange it for a new one. if it's decently used tho then there's really nothing you can do. but like Jacqlyn, it'll still work the same so - as much as it sucks - it's not a huge deal :p

Break It Up The Rest Of The Way , Apply Alcohol (Use A Dropper) It Should Be Wet But Not Soaked, Cut Out A Piece Of Cardboard Or Find Something In The Same Shape Of The Eyeshowdow, Wrap It In A Clean Cloth & Press It Into It For 30 Seconds Just To Reshape It, Let It Dry Over Night (Keep Your Palette Open)

I agree with breanna it has to be 91 percent alcohol instead of trying to get the shape break the eyeshadow put it in a little small cup like the ones they give with medicine like nightquil and pore in a little little bit if alcohol till you get like a creamy constancy and then pour it to the empty mettle pan in the palette that you took it out of and then get a napkin and press on it to get the excess alcohol out and then let it dry, thats what I have done and its worked perfectly

You can put alcohol in it then reshape it with a brush after it has dried there is a tutorial on YouTube by Michelle Phan.
