Make a scrub for it! I love using brown sugar, argan oil, and ground coffee! The coffee has a bunch of antioxidants that soak into your skin and then sugar helps to get off any pesky flakes. The argan oil is such an amazing moisturizer too. Wash that off with warm water, never hot because that dries out your skin! I even do a cold rinse after I'm done to seal my pores. Then I use argan oil to rub into my skin. It really does work wonders. Good luck!

If your near a body shop , pick up a body butter, for your face use a good moisturizer, I like the embroylisse, and or Clinique dramatically different moisiturizer

I have dry skin on my face too I use ponds dry skin cream it works great its mainly for your face but I also use it on my elbows and hands it really cheep also you can get it for like 5$ at Walmart or any other drugstore
