Combination skin care

I have combination skin,but think my skincare regime is causing me to break out and have dry patches. I use simple toner and clenser,neutrogena face scrub and superdrug vitamin e face cream. Anyone have any suggestions for products which would help?

I use aveeno biore n I use whitch hazel n they Moistureize it with olay its worked for me
