Keep your hair moisurized, wash it about every other day, use an old t-shirt to dry your hair (your hair is at its weakest when exposed to water). Hope these little tips help!

Drink lots of water, get plenty of rest, don't stress (since its bad for your hair), eat healthy, do weekly coconut oil treatments, rinse out your conditioner in cold water, braid your hair when you sleep, don't use ANY heat, sleep on a satin pillowcase, there's so many little things you can do to improve your hair! It's all about the overall health of your hair. If your hair is healthy and happy it will grow! :)

And try to wash your hair even less then every other day. Try to do it like twice a week! Haha I am currently trying to get my hair use to just getting washed once a week :P

I know this might sound weird but it really has been working for me. I've been taking prenatal vitamins for about 2 weeks now and I see a great difference in my nails and skin and my hair has grown a good 4 cm . I would try it if I were you. No side effects too (:

She said she didn't want to take pills or vitamins. It's also NOT healthy to take prenatals when you aren't pregnant or trying to get pregnant.

your have to put the prenatal pills in the conditioner, not drink them. If u drink them ull retain water and get fat. pluss is not healthy!!

Good topic, I cut my bangs and it doesn't look right with my facial features. I wanna grow them out asap lol I read massaging your head softly will warm up the follicles thus making your hair grow, I also read it works better if someone else massages it for you

My swim coach told me to take them and that they were totally safe . I also am under the supervision of my doctor and he said its fine. And that weight gain is a myth. Nothing in the vitamin can make you gain weight at all. Your body doesn't store "vitamins" as fat. It just pees it out. Simple. The only bad thing is the lots of iron which may cause slow bowl movements. They are good for your overall health.

Trim your hair a 1/2 inch every 6 months. And scientific brushing every once in awhile helps hair to grow, drinking water, less heat on hair, wash hair in cold water, shampoo should be the first thing you put on In the shower, conditioner should be the last thing you rinse off, massaging the scalp also works. Calcium treatments, but it's overall health, and health of the scalp and hair. If you don't need to, don't put product in it or style it, let it just be natural.

Eat a high protein diet, massage your scalp, minimize heat styling, and braid your hair. this is stuff I've done and it works for me.

Also trim whenever you notice dry ends or split ends since hair will continue to break upwards if not trimmed. And avoid tight ponytails since they can cause the hair to break.
