Take a spoon, put it in the freezer, after awhile put the round part under your eye, that should work.

Cucumbers, soaked green tea bags..these work for me. I love the CVS brand caffeine roller..which soothes and depuffs. Also Perfekt Eye Perfection Gel...ahhhmazing. Sephora has it.

I agree with Jacqlyn the spoon can harm your eye. I tried the spoon trick once (I only put it in the freezer for a few minutes) it froze to my skin for a few seconds and I freaked out...I don't do it anymore Lol. Drinking lots of water and keeping hydrated helps my eye area and skin in general.
