Heat protectant is a must. Watch your temperature. Peeps get nutso with the temp. Never ever use on even slightly damp hair. You can section your hair and work carefully...keeping the iron at a comfortable distance from your face.

Hold the hair at 90 degree angle from your scalp. comb it n hold it tight. moves it quickly closer to d scalp few times den move it more slowly towards d ends.
