If I pulled my hair to the side and run my hand through it there would literally be like 8 strands of hair in my hand. But my hair is healthy. My split ends are minimal. It's soft, kinda frizzy but more genetically rather than damaged. My hair is so thick that it hasn't become a huge concern but I don't want to bald at a young age!
What could be the reasons? Is it cause I wash it every day or could it run in my family? It is healthy so I'm really confused.

This always happens to me when my hair reaches a certain length, it's almost like I'm shedding like my cat does haha! It's normal to have a few hairs come out but if it's really bothering you see your Doctor because there's a number of things that could cause hairloss.
