Just tell me what your routine is! I need to know how it works, rather than just the list of weird remedies that people say should work in theory. I decided just finding out commonalities among people with real results would be WAY more helpful. Thanks :) anything like type of products/brands...how you wash your hair...how often you trim...etc.

The Aussie conditioner is fabulous! A good heat protector (Beauty Protector protect and oil is a favorite!) and a leave in conditioner. (Aussies Catch The Wave)

My hair is down to my waist... I trim my hair once every six months, and I use Alba Botanica conditioner and shampoo (it's paraben free), but I've never dyed my hair.

I wash my hair everyday (super oily) and I condition the ends when I feel it's a little dry. I use Garnier Sleek and Shine fortifying shampoo and the fortifying conditioner. I'm going to look into Aussies deep conditioner since I've heard it's really good. My hair needs trimmed but it hasn't been trimmed in almost a year but hasn't broken off or stopped growing or anything. I have really strong hair.

My hair is down my waist.
I love taking care of my hair since healthy hair means beautiful hair. However I do like to style it a lot. So to make sure my hair stays on that healthy status I apply coconut oil to the *ends of my hair only everyday after I shower. This keeps your hair soft, frizz free & helps prevent split ends since the oil is super moisturizing. Twice a week I do a hair mask, it's made from avocado & olive oil + almond oil & this mask I do gently massage my scalp and then apply the entire mask to all my hair *roots to the ends, I leave it for approximately 1 hour. Wash it off and moisturize afterwards with coco oil again. I wash my hair every day. Sometimes I skip a day but that's only once a week. I style my the most 3 times a week. & I can say this method helped my hair grow about 8-9 inches in a year. I use shampoo that does not contain sulfur & make sure you get a good conditioner too!

Oh and I only get my hair trimmed every 6 months. Most people would not agree with this, but I don't really need to trim every month. Take in consideration everyone's different and what of might worked could not always work for you. ALSO your diet contributes to hair growth.

My hair is up to my hip. Before I wash it, I leave in coconut oil for about 30 minutes to an hour. I wash with shampoo and conditioner every two days bc for me, washing everyday results in dry hair and I also feel your natural hair oil is healthy for your. After my hair is dried, I apply a herbal hair conditioner and I feel it helps a lot. Its called black orchid herbal hair conditioner btw. :) I trim every month but only about a centimeter and also trim split ends.

After I get out of the shower I put Organix coconut milk anti-breakage serum in it. Followed by Moracconoil, then Herbal Essences totally twisted curl boosting mouse. And lastly Garnier fructis curl shaping spray gel.

My hair used to fall below my bottom but just yesterday I decided to trim it up a bit and now its just above, I usually get a trim every 3-4 months, just to really get the split ends out and the shampoo I use is v05 and then I blowdry and straighten evry 3 days :P

If I use heat I make sure to protect it with sprays. I don't use a hair dryers I just let mine dry in layers. As for washing I shampoo it twice and only use conditioner on the ends not on the scalp. I'd say trimmed every 6 months depending on slit ends

Make sure to wash your hair with a cold water and never apply foundation on your roots and I wash my hair probably 3-4 times a week whenever I feel kinda itchy and oily and make sure to wear a hat if you are out to protect from the sun.
