So I was born with extremely short and sparse eyelashes and it makes me incredibly sad!! I tried using vitamin E oil and castor oil to make them grow and they have grown a lot longer and thicker but they still are so short that I want them to grow longer! The castor and vitamin e oil took several months and I'm looking for a faster alternative! I want to spend as little money as possible. Also, are eyelash extensions really worth it? I don't know if I'm willing to pay a lot for extensions if they don't last very long.

The only thing that will make your lashes grow is Latisse. Any oils that you use are simply conditioning your lashes and creating build up which is causing them to look thicker. I'm sorry to tell you that nothing cheap will grow your eyelashes.

Have you tried Vaseline with Aloe Vera? that helped mine grow&thicken? It's also so cheap&sold everywhere Xx

Do not put Vaseline on them they clog you pores can and can give you an infection it only gives you the illusion they are growingm latisse is the only known thing that can make them grow and is prescribed by doctor.

NO. Vaseline does not help. Vaseline is garbage. It's a sealant; it will seal the follicles of your eyelashes and can cause cysts and infections. Please do not use it anywhere on your face.

Do NOT use Vaseline. Nothing makes your eyelashes grow. I promise you this. all the Vaseline or whatever oils don't do sh*t for growth. I'll tell you the same thing Hannah said because it's the TRUTH. People think oils & Vaseline grow them, but its an illusion. Vaseline is a sealant. it will seal in bacteria & possibly give you an eye infection. Your lashes grow in a natural cycle determined by genetics. the only proven way to make them grow is Latisse. if you want a quick fix use fake eyelashes. but if you wanna listen to the notorious eyelash growth myths instead of facts, that's fine.

All hair is set to grow at a certain point except hair on your head so that means your lashes will not grow.

Vaseline (along with castor oil and vitamin e oil) might not help grow your lashes but it gives them moisture and helps condition them and the more moisture and the better the condition your lashes are in the more they grow, I use Vaseline every night and personally I love how it makes my eyelashes and my mascara always applies better after a night with a little bit Vaseline on my eyelashes than when they have just been left, only a small amount though don't put loads on, personal opinion I suppose :)
