Skin whelps? Help

So for the past couple weeks, all of these little whelps have been appearing on my chest and belly. The only that I picked on my chest is itchy but the older they get, the more they start looking like scars :/
I have to wait until I get paid to go to the doctors but I was wondering if anyone might know what they could be? It's only on my torso.

Welts? Have you ever had chickenpox?

Also I don't advise waiting any longer to see a doctor, it could be serious. I would actually go to urgent care or the ER, if it were me.
