Oooh! Good buy! I usually like to pair mine with skater skirts, black tights and a band tee tucked in or something. :) or if I'm on a girly day I'll wear the same but with a lace shirt or something :)

Thank you ladies(: I was thinking sheer black tights with black thigh highs layered over, and this fuzzy cheetah print coat I have. I like the idea of a band shirt tucked in, too(:

Cuuuuute! I got a pair of combat boots, well they're more like a combat boot/granny boot which I really liked, Steve Madden. But I can feel after a year of wearing them they aren't going to hold up all that long. I'm going to need a pair of docs. I haven't owned a pair in FORever! But they're timeless! Love em!

I have a dr marten style question. What do you think of these Stratford style?- the first pair
They're listed as "fold down", I don't think I would be doing that.
Or there's the classic 1460's. My only concern there is the stiffness.
I don't think I would need to buy until fall. But I like to window shop. :)

@Bree those babies on the right are my summer shoes! very very comfortable once you break them in. I wear my ancient blue pair as my work shoes, I work on my feet all day, I also walk to/from work, and they're so forgiving on the feet. I'm not too fond of the first pair, I really love the aesthetic of the original.

Yeah, I was on the fence about the first pair. Would they look like big floppy clown feet? More like chucks? Neither appeals.

I rocked a similar pair...but like Mary said...about 18 years ago! I had quite the collection then. The classic black to silver hologram ones. I think Docs will always have a place in my heart.
